| News: High Impact Quality ebook and website launched through joint partnership between the Customer Research Center and Lotus Pond Media. The partnership is publishing High Impact Quality in serial installments online in anticipation of the book being released in early 2009. Participants on the forum are welcome to comment on (and improve) the work in progress or suggest additional topics in strategic quality management that may be a productive focus for an exchange of ideas. The forum is closely moderated--spam and spammers will be removed. |
